Wellbeing-focussed People Development
Therapy, Coaching, Supervision & Consultancy
You may have landed here and wonder - what services do a couple of artists offer then?! Most people assume that it’ll be graphic design, or another traditionally creative endeavour.
Hargest Creative are passionate about wellbeing and the interplay between creativity and psychological health.
We work with wellbeing practitioners, L&D and executive teams in organisations to increase staff wellbeing, workplace harmony and collaboration, so that people working within the org. are happier, more engaged and less likely to be off sick with stress or leave altogether.
Ultimately, by working with us, the organisation increases their profits, productivity and efficiency. They retain their talent and continue to get great value from their investment in staff Opex., training & recruitment. They also benefit from keeping their business knowledge and experience within the org.
We’ve probably got an offer that suits what you need if you’re facing: absenteeism, presentee-ism, a lack of support for remote workers and/or several staff off with stress or at risk of burnout.
We can work with you to see what we can design together to suit your outcomes (and your budget) best, use the contact form at the bottom of the page for an initial conversation.
We offer a mix of:
Creative hands-on workshops (already designed, or bespoke)
One-off training sessions (already designed, and bespoke)
Therapy in a one-to-one or group format
Coaching programmes in a one-to-one or group format for career transitions, onboarding, returners and executives with a creative, wellbeing lens
Supervision for counsellors, coaches and wellbeing practitioners
Wellbeing consultancy for systemic policy development across the organisation
Provision of (and training on) Visual Notetaking for strategy development, or alongside coaching and consultancy (examples in the Gallery or more details here)
You may wonder though, Why Kevin and Mayuri? — read on!
Kev’s self-employed work includes systemic counselling, coaching and clinical supervision. He’s also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He thinks big picture and connects the dots from policy to person.
Mayuri’s day to day employed role sees her working in a corporate setting, increasing data literacy through the org and, creating metrics and actionable-insights from big-data. She’s held the role of team engagement lead for several years; using this platform to increase workplace wellbeing. She facilitates workshops, creates strategy and surprises a lot of people with her visual note-taking.
Kevin’s been a therapist for a 10+ years and seen the best (and worst) ways of dealing with staff when they are at their lowest. He’s also come alongside people before they’ve hit rock bottom; and witnessed the ways their workplaces supported (or didn’t) their staff through policy and actual practice.
Mayuri’s worked in male-dominated industries (heavy manufacturing and telecoms) for most of her career, alongside a little bit of retail (not just the therapy-kind!) and public services in her early career. She knows first hand the stiff-upper-lip nature of these environments, and she’s developed some niche ways to get to the heart of the issues.
Kevin & Mayuri are both professionally trained coaches (Barefoot Coaching) and each have a PG Cert in Personal & Business Coaching (University of Chester).
But, as all good coaches will tell you, the work we do is bespoke. While we have some approaches that repeat, your org is not the same as next door, so we don’t treat you like that either.
If you’re considering working with us, please get in touch for an initial chat using the contact form (below). This is a short session to:

If all parties are mutually agreed, then following the meeting we will send a formal proposal. If we (or you) think someone else might be a better fit, we commit to saying so, and can recommend folks in our network too.
However, if having reviewed the proposal, you wish to go ahead, acceptance of this and our contract will be the start of our partnership together.
